Each individual order is delivered directly from the Seller who supplies the goods.
If you have ordered from more than one Seller then you will receive more than one parcel.
Delivery is normally within 3-10 working days, often much sooner, most deliveries will require a signature so please make sure you choose a delivery address where someone is likely to be available to accept delivery, If this is not possible then please leave us a note to say we can leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a porch etc.
Many Sellers use next day delivery as standard.
The Seller will include details of delivery charges and times on their product descriptions.

Delivery FAQs
What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?
You should ensure that you will be available at your specified delivery address , this could be a home address, or for more convenience, a work address for example. If you are not available to receive the item, the courier will normally try to deliver your item the following day. However, you could be liable for a returned item fee, as well as the additional cost to redeliver your item.
Can I have my items delivered to more than one address in the same order?
No, you can only get them sent to one address. However, you can always do multiple orders with different addresses for each (but you’ll have to pay for delivery on each).
Can I specify a day or time for delivery?
No, However, if you put a note with your order we will try our best to arrange for your parcel to be delivered on a certain day, although we cannot gurarantee it.
If you have special delivery requirements, or would like to add a note for the Courier (for example “if out leave with neighbour”), you can do this during the checkout process. (note: anything you include in this this note will be displayed on the front of the parcel)
