Welcome to Life and Home, the ‘Niche Market Place’. Our mission is to become ‘THE’ place to shop online for innovative & niche market products. To help us achieve our goal we have invited lots of businesses both small and large to join us as ‘Sellers’, most of the companies we work with stock specialist, or hard to find items that can be difficult to find in the shops.
Whether you are looking for specific cleaning products, quirky storage items or just unusual and useful gifts, Life and home is a good place to start.

Why we’re a little bit different from a normal online shop….
When you buy something from Life and home you are buying from the individual Seller, not from us, we just help to organise everything and make sure things run smoothly with your order. Most products are delivered directly to your door from the Seller.
How it works
Simply choose items to add to your basket from as many sellers as you like. Each seller will add a small delivery charge to your order, then you can pay in one, simple easy checkout.
We’ll notify each seller of your order, as well as confirming it to you. Once that’s done, it’s simply a matter of sitting back and waiting for your goods to arrive.
Your items will then be delivered to your door directly from each individual seller. This may mean that your order will arrive in more than one package.
Each seller will get in touch to confirm that your items are on their way, and dispatch them directly to you.
Although we do stock a couple of product lines we do not have a large central warehouse, so you just buy from those specialist businesses you never seemed to be able to find…until now.

Background
After months & months of hard work, planning and web devlopment meetings Life and Home finally went live in January 2009!
Founders Rosie Cook & John Ellis came up with the idea after the success of their online shop Pure-spa.co.uk, Pure-Spa was developed to offer an effective cleaning & sanitising solution for the whirlpool bath owner.
“With Johns previous experience in hydrotherapy manufacture we were really in a good position to test and develop our new cleaning products, we found similar products incredibly hard to find in the shops. So we decided to develop our own whirlpool bath cleaner, we tested it, then we bottled it and now we have a range of great products that really work and we have lots of happy customers to prove it!”
We’d basically discovered a bit of a gap in the market, our customers often comment how they have been searching for such a product for years, if only they had found us earlier! This got us thinking….. there must be hundreds of small business in the same boat, all experts in their field, offering great products that are just really hard to find because there’s often no room for them on the high street or in the big retail stores.
Lifeandhome was created.
A one stop shop for all kinds of innovative, useful products, from a range of specialist businesses who before now were just really hard to find!
