Delivery: We aim to despatch goods as quickly as possible, normally by the next working day. We try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum & offer a free standard service for our customers based in (Eng, Wales or Scotland) with orders of  £25.00 & over 

NOTE: Some heavy items such as pumps will incur an additional surcharge of up to £10.00

Most Items are sent via Parcel Force 48 and will require a signature so please make sure someone is in at your delivery address to accept the parcel..

Returns: 
If you have received your order and need to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund please contact us by email: Hydrospares@lifeandhome.co.uk quoting your order reference.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days.We recommend you use a signed for service as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing or are returned damaged. Please always use the Returns Form included with your original order and refer to the Lifeandhome returns policy under Terms and Conditions for guidance.
