If you have received your order and need to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund please contact us by email, you will find our email address on your order confirmation email.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days. If goods are faulty on arrival please get in touch immediatly, a full refund (including postage) will be made or replacement goods will be arranged within 14 days. 
Note. To receive a refund or exchange all goods must be returned to us within 14 days of original receipt of goods.
