Delivery
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Your purchase will be sent to boxed & gift wrapped, complete with a complimentary silver polishing cloth to help keep your silver looking its best. All items will be sent via recorded delivery and wll require a signature.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your silver jewellery purchase please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods. A full refund or replacement will be offered. Due to hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer a refund on silver earrings.
 
If you have received your order and need to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund please contact us by email. You will find our contact details on your order confirmation email & delivery note that is included with the goods.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days.
