About this Seller- Delivery & Terms

This lovely sterling silver double bangle has been hammered then complimented with a polished single heart. The bands are 70cm in diameter. Sent by special delivery and will require a signature.

Your order is posted via Royal Mail in a padded envelope to protect your jewellery.

Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders. Delivery for Offshore & Scottish HIghlands is £8.50.

Express delivery can usually be arranged at an extra cost. please contact us for a quote on info@lifeandhome.co.uk. 
You may need to sign for your parcel, so do arrange delivery for a location where this is possible.

I aim to ship most stock items within 1-2 days after order, but I will notify you in case of any delays. Some items are made to order, in which case, will take longer to arrive. I will always notify you when it has been shipped.
Please note that for orders of multiple items where the dispatch time is different on ordered items, I will ship the order in its entirety when all products are available. 
If you require any items to be shipped separately, please let me know and I should be able to organise this at a small additional postage cost.

Returns
We are happy to make an exchange or refund for any items with which you are not completely satisfied. Please do note however, that earrings are not exchangeable or refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Items must be returned new and unworn within 28 days of purchase, in the original gift packaging and posted in a padded envelope (e.g. Jiffy bag) for protection.
Bluehaze Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and you are responsible for paying the shipping for the return to us. We will pay for the postage of replacement item(s) to you.
If you want to return something, please contact us before posting the item back to us. You will find our email address on your order confirmation email & delivery note included with your goods. Where an exchange is not possible (e.g. where replacements are not available) a refund will be issued.
Broken items will be replaced at no cost, but not where abnormal use or force has been used whilst handling, storing, cleaning, trying on or wearing items. If one of our items breaks due to normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace the piece. We will in this case cover the postage involved, both ways.
Normal wear and tear of a jewellery item is determined at our discretion. Please bear in mind that jewellery items are meant to break when strong force is applied to them, for safety reasons and to prevent accidents.
