About this Seller- Delivery & Terms

Beautiful earrings featuring an organically shaped solid silver heart with two 18K gold plated, battered drops.

Also available with non-battered (highly polished) drops.

Size: 2.4cm.

All Otis Jaxon pieces will be beautifully gift wrapped in our signature branded boxes, ready to give as a gift.

We reserve the right to alter the style and finish of our packaging as we see fit.

We believe in timeless simplicity. Our jewellery is inspired by the geometry of nature and by the aesthetics of the multi-ethnic world in which we live. Our ‘look’ is just as suited to a gown worn on a night at the opera as it is to jeans and wellies at an evening down the pub.
Otis Jaxon is the name of one of the artisans who designs and creates with us at our own workshop. He has a design-driven yet informal approach having studied architecture and engineering. He is at the same time an accomplished jazz guitarist.

Delivery Info:
All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders will generally be delivered within 5-7 working days of receipt of a completed and authorised order. For express delivery, orders should be placed before 2pm. Express delivery orders are despatched same day for overnight delivery and you should receive goods by 1pm the following day. Please note, express delivery can only be offered where public holidays and staff availability permit.
Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the delivery address you provide us with is correct with a full postcode. Once the goods have left us and are in the possession of Royal Mail or an international courier, Otis Jaxon cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. If an attempt has been made to deliver the item but The Royal Mail have been unable to deliver the item as per their delivery instructions or they have been unable to procure a signature for delivery, then the item will be deemed to have been delivered.
Otis Jaxon is not responsible for any customs or import duties when goods are despatched outside the UK. Please also note Otis Jaxon cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country is permissible so please make sure you check your countries import restrictions before placing your order. Items for delivery outside the UK will be sent “signed for” and will be charged at the appropriate rate. We will advise this figure by email prior to confirmation of the sale.

In the unlikely event of the goods we deliver not being what you ordered or there being a shortfall in delivery quantity, please notify us by telephone or by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Otis Jaxon will not accept reporting of any errors after this time.
Otis Jaxon does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of Otis Jaxon website, or for any products or services purchased from Otis Jaxon. Otis Jaxon will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim. Returns Info:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange or refund the goods, if returned within 14 days.
Please note for reasons of health and hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless faulty and also we cannot accept returns on custom sized pieces, or items made specifically for you.
Please return the items unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase, and ensure the jewellery is sent with adequate insurance. Otis Jaxon is not responsible for any damage or loss through transit for items being returned to us. Please note we do not refund postage charges on returned items. We recommend The Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
If you wish to exchange your item, additional postage will be payable for the exchanged item to ensure we can send it safely to you. Postage can be paid by credit card or personal cheque, which can be included with the returned piece.
In the unlikely event that your jewellery requires repair, Otis Jaxon offer a six-month guarantee from date of purchase and will repair or replace your item during this time with a proof of purchase. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear or misuse. We will not be liable if the receipt has been lost or cannot be produced.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
