Delivery
Items in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days of order by Parcelforce 48 for vessels, which will need to be signed for, or by first class mail for other items.
Usually smaller items will fit through your letterbox so you will not need to be home for these deliveries.

Returns
If you have received your order and need to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund please contact us by email. You will find our email address on your order confirmation email & returns address on your delivery note with the goods.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days.
