About this Seller- Delivery & Terms

All the products in the Twentyeight range include essentail oils from plants grown and distilled on our small farm on the Isles of Scilly.

About Twentyeight
We grow the plants, distil the harvest and produce quality oils on one small family run farm in the Isles of Scilly (28 miles from the south-western mainland).
The plants are grown in an exceptionally healthy environment which produces wonderful, potent, therapeutic oils. The glycerine base is gentle and moisturising and holds the scent to the last!

Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours of receiving the order. We keep our delivery charges as low as possible. We will contact you if there are any delays in shipping your order. If you require delivery on a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Returns
We hope that you love your product from 28miles, but if you do want to return it for whatever reason, you can do so at any time within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a full credit for the value of the items. Products must be returned in a resalable condition, be in the original packaging and be unused. All toiletries must be unopened. We will not be liable for postage costs where the product is not damaged or faulty and we strongly suggest you use registered post as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post.

If you believe the product to be faulty or not as described, then please return it to us with an explanation of your concerns and we will provide you with a full refund or a credit. In the case of faulty or damaged goods or goods not complying with their description, we will refund the postage costs to you. You will find our contact details on your order confirmation email and on the packing note included with your order.
We recommend you use a signed for service as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing or are returned damaged.
